Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the AppraiseRV website and valuation services. By using the site or purchasing an appraisal, you agree to these Terms.
What we provide
AppraiseRV provides independent, research-based RV valuation reports based on information and photos you submit. Reports typically include estimated wholesale, private-party, and retail value ranges and supporting market comps.
We do not buy, sell, or broker RVs. We are not a dealership, lender, or insurance company. We have no financial interest in whether you accept any particular offer.
Not a formal appraisal / not USPAP
Our reports are market-informed opinions of value for your personal use in pricing or negotiating. They are not formal appraisals prepared under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and they are not intended for court, tax, lending, or insurance purposes unless expressly agreed in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about the RV (year, make, model, mileage, condition, options, damage, location).
- Upload clear, representative photos when requested.
- Understand that value estimates depend on the quality of information you provide and on current market conditions, which can change.
Fees and payment
The appraisal fee is as stated on the site (currently $149). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or at our discretion if we are unable to complete a report due to insufficient information.
Optional dealer cash offer
If you opt in, we may share your submitted details with a participating dealer who may contact you about a cash offer. We do not control the dealer’s offer, terms, or follow-up. Accepting or declining any offer is solely between you and the dealer.
Intellectual property
The site design, branding, and report formats are owned by AppraiseRV. You may use your personal report for your own decision-making. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our reports or site content without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Services and reports are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that estimates will match any particular sale price, trade value, or future market. Market conditions, condition of the specific unit, and negotiation outcomes vary.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppraiseRV’s total liability arising out of or related to any report or use of the site shall not exceed the fee you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunity.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppraiseRV from claims arising from your misuse of a report, inaccurate information you provided, or your dealings with any third-party dealer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AppraiseRV operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
