Real market numbers

Book values are just a guide. We show what dealers are actually paying.

No dealer ties

We don't buy, sell, or broker RVs. You can optionally have a dealer reach out with a cash offer — only if you want.

Priced by the people actually buying and selling

Your appraisal isn't a formula. We work with a network of active buyers and brokers at the largest dealerships across the country — the same people appraising and closing on units every day. We compile what they're currently paying, what's recently sold, and how conditions are shifting, then send you the average of their professional read on your unit.

3

Get your report

A written valuation lands in your inbox with wholesale, retail, and the comps behind the numbers.

What owners say

Real feedback from people who used AppraiseRV before they sold or made an offer.

I was about to list at the book number. The wholesale figure showed me I was $12k high. Sold in two weeks at a realistic price.

Mark T. · Class A seller, Texas

Used the report to negotiate a private purchase. Seller had it listed near retail; we landed closer to the wholesale range they quoted.

Sarah K. · Class C buyer, Arizona

Clear, no sales pressure, and the comps made sense. Worth it just to know I wasn’t leaving money on the table — or overpaying.

James R. · Fifth wheel seller, Florida

One price, either direction

Whether you're pricing an RV to sell or checking an asking price before you buy, the appraisal costs the same. $149 can save you thousands.

About AppraiseRV

We're an independent RV valuation service built for owners and buyers who want the real number — not a book value or a dealer’s sales pitch. We don’t buy, sell, or broker RVs, and we have no financial interest in whether you accept a particular offer.

Our appraisals pull from current dealer-market activity and recent sold comps across the country. The goal is simple: give you a clear wholesale and retail range so you can price or negotiate with confidence.

If you want, you can also opt in to have a participating dealer reach out with a cash offer. That step is always optional and never required for your appraisal.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

How is this different from NADA or book value?

Book values are averages and often lag the market. We focus on what dealers are actually paying right now — wholesale cash/trade numbers and realistic retail ranges — supported by recent comps for similar units.

Do you need to inspect the RV in person?

No. Appraisals are based on the details and photos you provide. We weigh year, make, model, mileage, condition, options, and location against current market activity.

What if I don’t agree with the number?

You’ll receive the comps and reasoning behind the range so you can see how the numbers were reached.

Is my information shared with dealers?

Only if you check the optional box asking for a dealer cash offer. Otherwise your details are used solely to complete your appraisal. We don’t sell your data.

How fast will I get the report?

Most appraisals are completed in under 2 hours during normal business hours once we have your details and photos. When demand is higher, allow up to 4 hours. Please allow additional time on weekends.

Can I use this if I’m buying, not selling?

Yes. The report is the same either way: wholesale value, retail range, and supporting comps so you know what a fair offer looks like before you negotiate.
