AppraiseRV (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides independent RV valuation reports. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
When you request an appraisal or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact details (name, email, phone if you provide it for a dealer offer)
- RV details (year, make, model, mileage, condition, notes, ZIP code)
- Photos you upload of the RV
- Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and form submissions
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your valuation report by email
- To process payment securely via Stripe
- To respond to contact form messages
- Only if you opt in: to share the details you submitted with a participating dealer so they may contact you about a cash offer
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for marketing lists beyond communications related to your appraisal or contact request.
Dealer cash offer (optional)
If you check the box requesting a dealer cash offer and provide a phone number, you agree that we may share your submitted appraisal details and contact information with a participating dealer. That dealer may contact you by phone, text, or email about an offer. Message and data rates may apply. This is never required to receive your appraisal.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy practices apply to card and payment data. See stripe.com/privacy.
Data retention
We retain appraisal submissions and related communications as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us, subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You can contact us to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
- You can decline the optional dealer offer at any time by not checking the box (or by contacting us if you already opted in).
Children
Our service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
